Segal Foundation $3M backs Constructive Dialogue Institute higher-ed leadership programs

The Constructive Dialogue Institute in New York City has announced an 18-month, $3 million award from Mike and Sofia Segal Foundation to strengthen open inquiry, intellectual pluralism, and civil discourse in American higher education. The funding will expand CDI’s leadership programs for university presidents and senior teams, including cohorts at Harvard University, Yale University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and support a new public university cohort. It will also advance CDI’s institutional change model and develop expanded executive programming to improve campus culture and decision-making.
