All-In Milwaukee receives $11M gift to scale college access for low-income students

Keith Mardak and Mary Vandenberg have awarded a $11 million philanthropic gift to All-In Milwaukee to expand college access and completion support for low-income students. The gift from the couple with deep ties to the city’s business and arts communities will fund a 10-year commitment reaching 500 additional students through wraparound advising, mentoring, and financial support designed to keep scholars on track to degree completion. The award strengthens an existing nonprofit collaboration that has already supported hundreds of students, with 84% graduating debt-free and roughly 90% completing college, while prioritizing charter school pipelines in Milwaukee and expanding long-term talent retention in Wisconsin across future cohorts statewide now.
