The Baptist Health Foundation received a $5 million grant from the Elaine and Eduardo Saverin Foundation to support the Miami Neuroscience Institute’s Parkinson’s disease program. The funding will advance clinical care, research, community outreach, and technological innovation for patients with Parkinson’s disease. In recognition, the Elaine and Eduardo Saverin Foundation Auditorium will be named at the planned Kenneth C. Griffin Center. The grant aligns with the Institute’s mission to improve patient outcomes and drive medical discoveries. The Saverin Foundation, founded in 2023, focuses on healthcare, mental health, education, wildlife conservation, and regenerative futures.
