Anthem Foundation invests $2.6M across Missouri to improve health outcomes for vulnerable families 

Missouri’s Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Foundation has announced investments totaling $2.6 million statewide to fund community health initiatives focused on maternal and infant care, food security, behavioral health, and disaster resiliency. The awards support organizations including Nurture KC, Healthy Birth Day, Inc., March of Dimes, Feeding America, Mid-America Regional Council Community Services Corporation, Shatterproof, and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Additional support was directed to disaster response partner Team Rubicon. Anthem’s funding aims to improve outcomes for vulnerable families while expanding access to preventive care, nutrition, and mental health services statewide.
