$1.3M raised for University of Hawaii to support students, faculty, and disaster recovery efforts

University of Hawaii Foundation has raised more than $1.3 million through its efforts supporting scholarships, student services, faculty research, and flood relief for victims of March’s Kona low storms. The annual UH Giving Day fundraising push is part of the broader $1 billion 10-campus capital campaign. Contributions will also be directed to disaster recovery and community resilience efforts.
