Keystone Innovation Collaborative launches $15M fund to scale Pennsylvania startups and innovation

The nonprofit Keystone Innovation Collaborative based in York, Pennsylvania, has launched a statewide innovation funding platform as part of its $15 million early-stage venture capital fund designed to connect Pennsylvania startups with capital, accelerator support, and corporate pilot opportunities. The fund, operated White Rose Ventures, 1855 Capital, and Ben Franklin Technology Partners, is backed by institutions including Penn State University and WellSpan Health. Startups participating in the network will also have access to Keystone Foundry, a 12-week accelerator initiative offering up to $25,000 in support, with the broader goal of strengthening Pennsylvania’s fragmented innovation pipeline and helping entrepreneurs scale faster.
