The funding backs research to discover novel small-molecule treatments and the evaluation of advanced drug combinations for clinical trials. Using AI-enabled platforms, the work aims to accelerate safer, shorter TB regimens, including long-acting injectables, reducing treatment burden, addressing drug resistance, and improving outcomes for millions affected by tuberculosis worldwide.
