Pepperdine Athletics receives $1M Zeile gift to boost student-athlete nutrition and women’s soccer

Pepperdine University, Malibu, California, has announced a $1 million gift from Karl and Dian Zeile in support of the school’s athletic programs in support of student-athlete nutrition and women’s soccer scholarships. The award establishes a named $500,000 women’s soccer scholarship fund and an elite performance program. The funding strengthens performance nutrition through hiring a sports nutritionist expanding fuel and recovery resources for university athletes. The funds will be leveraged to enhance access to competitive performance and long-term athletic excellence and sustain impact overall student-athlete success at Pepperdine.
