St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital receives $4.5M to fuel next-gen pediatric oncology in Florida 

St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida, has announced a $4.5 million grant commitment from the Bayless and Parks families to support expanded pediatric cancer care and accelerate development of the future Pagidipati Children’s Hospital, expected to open in 2030. The funding aims to improve outcomes for pediatric patients by expanding integrated, family-centered cancer care and reducing treatment side effects through advanced technology.The award will strengthen oncology services, including neuro-oncology, surgery, and radiation capacity, while advancing access to cutting-edge treatments like proton therapy for children with cancer.
