Lymphoma Research Foundation awards $3.9M to advance cancer treatment breakthroughs

The Lymphoma Research Foundation has awarded $3.9 million in research grants to support 24 scientific projects focused on improving blood cancer diagnosis and treatment. The foundation–the nation’s largest funder dedicated exclusively to lymphoma research and patient support–selected researchers from 16 medical and academic institutions in the United States and Canada. The grants will advance studies in rare lymphoma subtypes, emerging therapies, disease biology, and care for younger patients. The awards build on the foundation’s commitments totaling more than $85 million over three decades toward lymphoma-specific research and innovation.
