Mary Kay Ash Foundation 30-year impact report highlights $100M for women’s health and safety

The Mary Kay Ash Foundation–established by the founder of the eponymous Mary Kay Cosmetics-in celebration of its 30th year of grantmaking, has released its three-decade impact report, highlighting its distribution of more than $100 million to advance women’s cancer research and domestic violence prevention programs since 1996. Awards of more than $41 million have supported cancer research at UT Southwestern Medical Center, accelerating translational studies and clinical progress, while over $60 million has funded more than 2,800 domestic violence shelters and services organizations including Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support and the National Domestic Violence Hotline, strengthening survivor safety and support systems nationwide.
