SIUE raises $3.2M in single-day campaign to boost health workforce scholarships and programs

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville has announced more than $3.2 million in philanthropic support raised through its “One Day, One SIUE” campaign. The annual giving initiative mobilized alumni, community members, and institutional partners to fund scholarships, academic programs, and strategic initiatives. The funds will bolster endowed professorships, engineering and construction management scholarships, and healthcare education support tied to regional workforce needs. The fundraising effort strengthens SIUE’s Health Sciences Complex and other applied learning programs, expanding access to career pathways in nursing, pharmacy, engineering, and construction management while reinforcing community-driven higher education investment.
