The University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business in Fayetteville has announced a $10 million grant from the Walton Family Foundation to support construction of a new academic building named for Mandy and Bill Dillard. The grant will fund construction of a 100,000-square-foot academic building with classroom classrooms, study areas, and student collaboration spaces as part of the McMillon Innovation Studio. The funding will help accommodate the college’s growing enrollment, now at more than 10,300 students, while strengthening business education, preparing future leaders, and supporting the university’s continued growth.
