$4.06B campaign propels Ducks Unlimited beyond 20M acres conserved across North America

Ducks Unlimited–a Memphis-based conservation nonprofit focused on protecting wetlands and waterfowl habitats–has announced the completion of a seven-year fundraising campaign, generating $4.06 billion to support its work in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The effort surpassed an initial $3 billion goal and represents one of the largest privately funded conservation efforts in North America. Backed by more than 2 million contributors, the initiative is supporting large-scale wetland and habitat conservation, research, education, volunteer programs, and endowment support. The campaign helped Ducks Unlimited exceed 20 million acres conserved since 1937 and aims to further its work to strengthen waterfowl habitats, protect water resources, support biodiversity, and sustain conservation work for future generations.
