Penn State Dickinson Law receives $2M from emerita professor for scholarship program

Pennsylvania State University Dickinson Law has announced a $2 million planned gift from emerita professor Beth Farmer to establish an endowed scholarship fund. The gift will provide immediate student support as well as a structured long-term funding stream for student aid. The scholarship will benefit students at the law school’s Carlisle and University Park campuses with the goal of expanding access and reducing financial barriers for future legal professionals. The unrestricted awards will help future lawyers take academic and career risks without being limited tuition costs and debt burdens after graduation.
