TD Charitable awards $10M to 40 groups for nationwide eviction prevention and housing stability

TD Charitable Foundation, the philanthropic arm of TD Bank, has awarded grants totaling $10 million to 40 nonprofits nationwide, including Central Connecticut Coast YMCA in Bridgeport, Connecticut; FamilyAid Boston in Boston, Massachusetts; and Legal Counsel for the Elderly in Washington, DC, to strengthen eviction prevention and housing stability. The multiyear “Housing for Everyone” program provides $250,000 to each recipient to fund legal aid, rental support, and housing navigation services aimed at preventing displacement before crisis escalates. Marking its 20th year, the initiative has now distributed over $73 million to 675+ affordable housing projects nationwide.
