Northwestern Mutual has announced a $3 million multiyear commitment to its partners, in Milwaukee, including Dominican Center and Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, to support construction of more than 90 affordable homes in the Amani neighborhood. The three-year investment advances a citywide collaboration tied to the city’s push to expand homeownership in a community where only 32% of residents own homes. Part of a broader effort to build 500 homes by 2030, the funding supports development, repairs, and counseling, driving neighborhood revitalization, economic mobility, and long-term housing stability.
