Aerospace entrepreneur donates sale of $20M home to family foundation to boost brain cancer research

Aerospace entrepreneur Rick Sontag has donated $20 million in proceeds from the sale of his Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, home to The Sontag Foundation to advance brain tumor research and patient support. The gift will strengthen the foundation’s research investments and its support of Brain Tumor Network, which connects patients with specialists, clinical trials, and care resources. Since 2014, the network has helped more than 6,000 patients nationwide access treatment, extending the foundation’s impact on brain cancer research and care.
