Tampa General Hospital receives $5M to expand emergency care at TGH Brooksville

Tampa General Hospital has announced a $5 million gift from local philanthropists Frank and Carol Morsani to support expanded emergency services at the hospital system’s Brooksville campus. The gift marks the first major investment in TGH Brooksville since it joined Tampa General’s academic health system in 2023. Funding will strengthen emergency care, expand access to healthcare, and support caregivers, programs, and technology serving Hernando County residents.
