The Denver, Colorado-based American Indian College Fund has announced a $2.4 million grant from Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies to expand its Native Arts and Culture Program to strengthen Native arts education, support cultural knowledge keepers, and expand access to Indigenous-centered learning at tribal colleges and universities. The three-year grant will fund curriculum development and community-based workshops that preserve Indigenous knowledge, languages, artistic practices, and cultural traditions across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West.
