The University of South Carolina has announced a record $357.6 million in fundraising during fiscal year 2025–26, nearly $100 million more than its previous annual record – a nearly 40% jump over 2024-25. Funds totaling $228 million will support athletics, including $147 million for improvements to Williams-Brice Stadium and $81 million for athletic scholarships, while $129 million will fund academic priorities. Major gifts included $30 million from the Floyd family and an anonymous $22 million gift to the medical school, as well as $25 million from the Robert and Janice McNair Foundation. Additional multimillion-dollar gifts were directed to USC’s engineering, pharmacy, music, and sport management programs.
