Oregon’s Ford Family Foundation launches $10M Hometown Fund to revitalize downtown Roseburg 

The Roseburg, Oregon-based Ford Family Foundation has announced a 10-year, $10 million commitment to support community-driven capital projects in the city south of Eugene. The newly launched Hometown Fund will provide grants of up to $1 million for large-scale projects and smaller planning awards to catalyze redevelopment in the city’s core. The investment targets cross-sector partnerships and aims to revitalize downtown corridors, strengthen local infrastructure, and spark broader economic and community growth across Douglas County.
