Saint Luke’s Foundation awards $2.15M to boost health equity across greater Cleveland

Saint Luke’s Foundation has awarded $2.15 million in grants to 13 organizations advancing health equity and community development across Greater Cleveland. The funding supports initiatives in urban agriculture, environmental education, youth development, housing stabilization, and holistic health services, with a focus on community-led solutions and flexible support for nonprofits addressing systemic barriers to well-being, economic mobility, and neighborhood revitalization. Recipients include Art of Me Productions ($40,000), City Year Cleveland ($200,000), Village of Healing ($250,000), and Cuyahoga Land Bank Charities ($1 million). The foundation has awarded more than $231 million since the sale of Saint Luke’s Medical Center in 1997.
