The Vegas Strong Fund has secured more than $27 million in commitments for the Forever One Memorial in Las Vegas, Nevada, honoring victims, survivors, and responders affected by the October 1, 2017 mass shooting that killed 58 people and injured hundreds. Major contributions include $10 million from Clark County, $5 million each from Live Nation Entertainment, MGM Resorts International, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, and $1 million from the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation. MGM also donated a two-acre site. With $7 million still needed, the project is set to break ground this fall and open on October 1, 2027.
