Mandel Foundation awards $3.3M to expand programming at Cleveland’s Music Settlement

The Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation has awarded $3.3 million to the Music Settlement in Cleveland as a lead gift for a $12–14 million campus expansion. The project will include the construction of the Mandel Music House with classrooms, a community technology lab, and an outdoor music patio. The project aims to expand access to music education and therapy programs for children and families while increasing instructional capacity. With additional support from the State of Ohio and local foundations, the upgrade will strengthen a century-old institution annually serving more than 1,000 students across the region.
